Real Fruit Frozen Yogurt

This is my family’s favorite “ice cream” in the summer. It’s so delicious and the best part is it’s 100% fruit (yogurt is optional) and absolutely no sugar added.

When your bananas start to turn brown, just peel them and freeze them for ice cream. In a blender mix the frozen bananas, one ripe mango, 1/4 fresh ripe pineapple and a handful of strawberries. For a creamier ice cream stir in 1 to 2 cups of yogurt and enjoy! Read the full recipe here.
